Tuning Leaking RAW?

Was shooting my TM1000 over the weekend, pulled it out today and it was down 50 bar from yesterday. Soaped up the outside around regulator body, gage body, weep holes, nothing? Did replace seals on the regulator about a month ago which was leaking, was holding air from then until after I shot this weekend. Any RAW owners out there have any ideas. Thanks Rick

Sorry for the late reply, has the leak been found yet?

Here are the leak points in order of probability.

Valve seating face to valve stem,…..or valve body o ring, ….confirm both by locking bolt forward and applying a smear of soapy solution over the barrel, a bubble will form.

Reg o rings, these will leak out of the small breather hole on reg body, use leak detection spray.

fill Q/f banjo and gauge, pip inside the q/f wear and can develop a leak, the gauge or gauge sealing washer may fail as can the 2 o rings inside the banjo. Apply leak detection spray to these areas.

The o ring on the 1/4”bsp thread that screws into the reg can get chewed up if the tube is removed, Also the tiny o ring under the reg push pin drys out and leak past the 1/4”bsp thread. apply leak detection spray on that area.

the o ring under the valve cap and around the reg body can fail, this causes bubbles from the leak detection spray to form close the the block.

The bottom blanking plug dowerty washer can cause a leak it the plug has been removed and replaced.

Lasty, the tube has o rings inside at each end, applying spray should find the cause.

If all else fails, remove the barrel , trigger and all other none air related parts and submerge the entire action in a bath of fresh cold water, wait for bubbles to appear. This will not damage the gun so long as you thoroughly dry and lubricate after.
