Leaking Update

Background: On July 30th, I posted my concern regarding the pressure leak on my new Benjamin marauder. I was wisely advised to send it back for repair by fellow Fourm members. When AOA denied my request to return the riffle for replacement, despite my request being within the thirty day Terms of “Agreement“ I was stunned. They said, “sorry, return it to Crosman.”

Status: I call and spoke Matt in Customer Service at Crosman regarding the issue. He promptly emailed me an UPS return tag and the the riffle was sent for repair. The riffle was returned three weeks latter. And I am happy to say that it has been holding air pressure for more than a a week and the receiver cycles smoothly! And it is shooting tight groups!
