I do not have a Zellos or M60b but I have an original Avenger and 3 P35s (guess which I prefer). One of the things I object to on my Avenger is the rear of the shroud is supported by a plastic piece and the front is too. There is a thin plastic spacer piece inside the shroud. The P35s have aluminum caps on both ends and the back one can be slid along the barrel to make space for an in shroud moderator. In addition, there is an aluminum piece screwed to the end of the barrel with an O-ring outside to space the shroud from the barrel and center it. This is a much more robust way to support the shroud. The P35s also come with fairly effective baffles in the shroud, the Avenger shroud is empty and it is loud.
The metal of the Avenger action is hidden under a plastic cover and I have seen no definitive information on the material. Hopefully it is aluminum. The stock of my original avenger is a three piece plastic piece and very unimpressive, the picatinny rail for a bipod is so flimsy it is hardly usable. I doubt the wood stock version or the Avenge X has a stock issue, however. The Avenge X may not have some of the other issues.
On the plus side, my Avenger has a nice pin probe for the pellets and I can fill it with a foster fitting. The magazines also work better than my P35s and are inexpensive (Carm magazines for the P35 are even better, however). The hammer spring in my Avenger can handle higher regulator settings than the one in my P35s.
It's not clear when you are adjusting the trigger on my Avenger if the adjustment screws are threaded into metal or plastic.
