It seems to me that the small reg changes make a much larger impact on fps than changing the jets. If I understand this correctly changing the reg = changing the pressure of the air. Changing the jets = changing the volume of air by changing the dwell time of the valve.

I tried the same .22 cal 21.14 gr pellets today. Took the reg down to 130/140 and swapped the stock jets for .2 and .4

Below are the results.

I'm getting a 350mm .25 cal barrel and my goal is to find the sweet spot between .22 and .25 where I can swap barrels without having to degass the gun.

I think your setup with 140 bar 0.2 and 0.4 jets will work good will a .25 350mm shooting JSB heavy 34gr around 850fps. It maybe a little hot for the the 25gr pellets at around 940fps.

Yeah I'm not getting 940 fps, more like 820 250mm .22cal. My hope is that by getting the 350mm barrel I'll be able to get .25 cal shooting in the 800 range without changing reg or jets. Then thinking about getting a 450mm .30 cal and seeing what that does.

I think if I find the right gr pellets at each caliber and having longer barrels as I go up in caliber, I could get something that will work well across all three calibers inside of 50ish yards

Go with heavier .22 medium gr .25 and lighter .30's

I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say. With your current set up of 140 bar using 0.2 and 0.4 jets you will probably shoot .25 25gr pellets at 940fps and 34gr pallets at around 850fps with a .25 350mm barrel. My reasoning is based on my .25 cal 350mm at 130 bar 0.2 and 0.5 setup shoots 25gr at 890fps, 34gr pellets 820fps and at 150 bar 34gr pellets a 884fps

That is interesting. I didn't realize the longer barrel would make THAT much of a difference.

I'm getting 820 at 250mm and you are saying you think I will get 900+ on a heavier pellet if when I go up to the 350mm. I'd love to tune it down and get a better shot count. My current isn't terrible at like 32 but that is with the extended bottle. I know I can get .22 21.14 gr in the low 800's high 700 fps with more like 64 shots if I change my settings, but again I want to be able to swap barrels without degassing.
