Sorry for not being able to answer everybody personally, still out of home and have quite limited access to Internet. Shortly I should like to say the following:
1. Marko has made a mistake while testing the tube. He is a brave man and admitted it. Thus all the result he has got (if we accept the failure of his gauge) are exactly match my test. No yeald at the pressure over 500 bar (it should has no yeald at 450 bar).
2. Marko has caluclated the tube using the data of the real D16T later not the equal allow and they calculation showes the same as the tests.
3. In fact no shart corner at the bottom of the tube, there is a radisu 0.4 mm, the "experts' can say that it is not enough -- but I don't care abou tthem, that is enough. The tubes are completely safe, no matter conical or flat bottom is. You can spuculate about if for ever -- just proove it with the real test, otherwise you are just "chaters" has no idea about the topic.
4. The remains of Dave's tubes are on the expertise now and as soon as I have the rusult I will share it with you.
5. The 3.5 coefitient is not for the PCP airgun tubes, to find out the reallity just make the test of ANY tube or bottle of PCP rifle at the market with the pressure of 1'050 bar and then you will not be able to sleep getting new knowalge of the reality ;-) For those tubes 1.5 check coefitient is normal no matter in Russia or in any other country.
6. The proove of the right calculatioin of my tubes is 20 years history of the company and over 100'000 guns sold with no issues. That means the way of the calculation is right, the way of testing is right, the way of choosing the materil is right. If you don't agry with that -- just proove it or stop chat about things you have no idea (everybody were normal virus professionals just a year ago and some of them turned to be a war expert profeccionals and some of them in this topic became a high pressure vessels experts!).
7. Nobody, I repeat, no one manufacture is safe of getting the wrong matterial while making anything in this world. Even the space industry with the huge level of control are facing that. No one PCP gun maker will make 100 % control of the critical parts with X-ray or some other tools. If they tell you that -- aware their guns, they are liers. Or their guns will cost so much that you will not be just able to afford to buy them. If you are living in the elf world and think that is true -- choose the other hobby. So, while it happens the matterial is fail, there is a possibility of the issue, Using high pressure machines you just should know about it. The possibility is VERY low but is not equal to zero.
8. Users can be strange. They can make things a normal man can never understand and that also cause the problem and in most cased the user will never ever say he was wrong
The idea to accept any user as 100 % right and any explanations of the manufacturer as the lie -- is stupid way of valuing the reallity.
9. Use you brain and rational aprasail of the facts, instead of emotions and aprasail speculations, otherwise you are not a man, but just hysterical idiot.
That is it for now, have to go back to work. Most likely will not be able to participate in that for another week or soo, enjoy chating meanwhile
Yours trully
Ed
