Unfortunately it was one day too late for me. I already ordered one from a guy her3 on the forum that makes them himself. I’ll let you know how it works out when it arrives.

If you don't mind, could you please explain to me how to get the core out of the moderator? I asked Brian and he said it was pressed together and held with o-rings. I've looked over the EVP, and I can see why the bolts won't come out, but the back of it seems like it's glued in. Looking down inside, there seems to be glue residue around the edge of the core also. If I need to put my purse down fine, but I don't want to damage it if I can get away with it. A replacement ain't cheap. Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much for the video. Quite enlightening and confirms a few thoughts I was having, but wanted to double check before I tried.

FWIW I've got the shot and long versions of this (my L2 is 250mm, but I've got a 350mm stock moderator as well, and a member - printed extended insert of use with a 250mm barrel.)

The 250mm "standard" STO insert is quieter than the old "extended" insert I had in the 350mm shroud. Quiet enough, in fact, that I'm back to using the 250mm moderator with the STO insert in it now. It was in-laws quiet over the holiday
