EDgun Leshiy 2 Repr air leak after fill probe oring burst

Good day everyone. I'm having what seems like a simple problem with my leshiy 2 and seeking the wisdom of the gurus.

I was airing up my leshiy 2 buttstock with 350cc tank separated from the gun with my CS4 today and around 3000psi a fill probe oring let go and degassed the gun. I replaced the oring and now when I try to fill it leaks air out of the repr regulator faster than the compressor can fill it. It seems to be a common problem and the solution I've seen recommended was to dry fire the gun when filling and that would straighten out the valve. I tried that and it won't build enough pressure for more that the tiniest puff of air. I don't have access to a tank to quickly fill and dry fire.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Can I disassembly the regulator to reset it or whatever needs done or is there another trick I can try?

Thanks for the help everyone

You’re welcome let’s just say all I own are leshiys
Maybe you can help me with a new problem. I filled my bottle, set the reg dry firing with empty mag a few times, put a mag in it and shot 4 rounds and went back inside. I went back to shoot a few minutes later and the trigger would do nothing. I can open and close the buttstock and flick the safety and usually get one shot but them nothing and i have to fool with it again. I tried adjusting the trigger a little both ways and neither made a difference. I have tried the reg at 120-150 bar now, it was around 140 bar before the Oring burst. and it makes no difference. I am attaching a pick that shows what i thing is the firing pin and the trigger lever with the safety disengage, do they look to have the correct orientation? I was having a hard time finding a pic to compare mine to. It feels like the trigger isn't engaging the pin, there is no resistance, feels almost like the safety is still on. If i can provide any more details please let me know.

The same o ring if it failed again will do the same issue that you’re describing. What happened now is the reg locked and sealed the tank pressure separate and dumped the air in the plenum. Before you had all the air escape completely this time it’s just a reg lock. Same procedure as the video. I’ve had this happen on my .30. Lube the o ring before install. You have air in the tank still?

Yeah my air tank is full now. I lubed the oring when i installed it but i guess not enough.I did not originally watch the video i only used it for how to diassemble to replace the oring. I just watched it now but my problem is slightly different. I show pressure on the reg side, i have a gauge in mine and ive tried it from 120-150bar and i cannot turn my valve assembly at the end because mine has air in it so im not sure its the same thing. I do not want to pull apart the reg screw since its full of air unlike the video.

Hmmm. This one is a new problem for me. See if you can find an Edgun video that helps

my trigger bar looks kind of crooked (or whatever the part in the right circle is, could it be physically missing the firing pin?in the left circle is the firin pin supposed to be on that side. I dont have another gun to compare them too if you dont mind opening one of yours and comparing or sending em a similar pic.

if i do press it will it to shoot a burst of air and the red puck at me? just asking before i do for safety
You shouldn’t be able to move it by your finger I guess is what I’m saying if it’s ok. And the bar goes in and out smoothly? How much free play do you have in the trigger in fire mode ?(first stage basically )

It’s possible if you don’t have enough free play in the first stage your trigger isn’t resetting. Back out the small screw behind the trigger until you get some free play
after i fire the gun the pin will be all the way out like in one of the pics and then i can press is in a little then it stops. once i press it in the gun will fire 1 time and then the pin will be out, and i press it in and it works one time again. i have adjusted the trigger far out in small increment and its still doing the same thing. I watched the trigger video before i first started adjusting it to see which way did what, my safety also work no problems.
