hi all,
I'm looking for a recommendation on the tuning of my Leshiy 2 - .22 - 350mm. I'm shooting JSB exact pellets 25.4gr.
Currently I'm using 2x 0.4mm jets, with pressure around 160 bar, shooting around 870 fps. I have the impression that my gun shoots better with higher speeds, going as high as 920 fps. Lower speeds seem to open up the groups. Before I tried 2x0.5 and 2x0.6 jets, but that doesn't change a lot (just a little less fps, more bar needed). My extreme spreads are quite low (<10 fps) with most settings, but with higher speeds they go as low as 1 or 2 fps.
Currently my gun is performing not consistently. Sometimes I shoot wonderful groups at 40m. But then it seems to degrade again after a few magazines. I also have the impression that my gun is very hold sensitive, and that it's also impacted by the place where I attach my tripod (more to the front or to the back of the gun, on the shroud).
So you have any recommendations for tuning? Or other approaches than what I'm doing now? I'd love to have an accurate tuning which just remains accurate without fuss.
