honestly.. carrying a 12+lb 1moa rifle wouldn’t be so bad with a good sling and if the gun was balanced appropriately.

The 3622 with BSA 2-7X33 scope is 5.32 pounds, it is a tiny thing. The M-Rod .25 SL with 4-12X40 scope, bipod, laser, light and prism red dot atop scope is 7.88 pounds, it is 39.5 inches long.

But we rarely unbox a heavy gun. We make them heavy by putting scopes on them almost powerful enough to see back in time. And then bolting other crap on the gun.

I am very impressed. It’s good quality and as accurate as my 13 yard cellar allows.
What I really like is the looks. I’ve got the Akela also. I’m gonna get some boiled linseed oil.
I’ll very lightly sand the stock and slowly rub it in to get more shine.
Both my Benjis are refurbished from Airgun Revisions, $250 each now AR has bargains.

Here's some of mine on a postal scale . Top down is a Prod , Maverick 600mm ,Taipan Vet standard, Taipan vet short , All are .22 cal except the Vet shorty is .177 and have removed the moderator on the Prod , it was not needed .
