Does anyone use a steel trap that remains outside in the elements?

I use a large backhoe front end loader bucket....Its is perfect heavy metal..The angles of the bucket work great angling slugs to bottom of bucket..I cover the front with mining belt to staple targets too...Mining belt is a great very durable..You can leave it outside forever lol..
