Awesome thanks wanting one for one of my squirrel bustersHaving owned an MTC Connect prior ... YES a major improvement in clarity as well brightness.
Having ZERO eye relief does take some getting use too as does the need to have optic rearward so far.
On a PUP platform it indeed is better balanced looking as well use over such an optic placed on a long gun / rifle.
As an optic for a hunter and low light use the FOV is expansive and gathers a LOT of light making it ideal in low light / twilight and/or when needing to see the larger picture typically hidden outside a conventional optics FOV
Great day to be shooting some grays. I'm glad the compact is doing well for youDecided to commit to a .177 today for squirrel in the big woods. Told myself when I left the truck that I should probably be a head shot topic guy today. But I just can’t.
I did find an issue with this gun but I can live with it. When I am shooting up and cock the gun, a slug will sometimes get back into the area where the probe retracts to causing a jam. It can be a day ender but I relied on the build quality of these Eastern Europe guns and force the probe forward and fire a shot. Then cock the gun again, remove mag and get the smashed one out of the back of the block. Zero issues moving forward cocking the gun level.
