We have a small yard.. from our ghetto carport garage its 75 feet to the back fence. We had a shootin portion on the fence and was upgraded/changed for "realistic" possible damage.as is id guess it would handle maybe 100fpe before serious problems. Have/had a squirrel reset target i used alot...it froze its nuts off last year/winter, after alotta abuse the pads became concave now.

My jealousy runneth over. While I have a large lot with about 45 yards, it's still an urban area with neighbors kids, dogs, you name it, we have to be very careful. You folks with wide open spaces probably work hard to maintain the land, but at least you've got access to the space.

Time for me is the other element. Besides work, I'm handling an estate, moving to a house that really needs help, and kids need general support. Shooting is on the back burner for the moment.

Mine's a simple 75 yd range with barrels as range markers at 75, 50, 30yds and 10 m. Suitable for PB or airguns. Only have one bench, was going to build more but with the addition of wheels I just roll it where I want it.

Just moved mine around today so it's facing East. Targets at 50yds, 75yds and 100yds with a spinner at 30yds and 40yds.

Just extended my range to 100 yards with a new stand. 6' legs.

New 100 yard target. 12" plate with 1/8" pop-rivets every 3" for aim points.

75 yards to 100. Round plate is hanging on the fence. (found those vise grips run over in a parking lot.)

50 to 100 targets.

New 'portable' bench on the back porch.

First groups at 100 from my .22 Crown. bottom to top. Max power. 990fps. #5 setting and on top setting #4. Don't know the fps yet. 25.4gr JSB RD Monsters.

I think I've got a shooter...

Just so happens I have some wounds that are opening up after my total hip replacement. My body is rejecting the inner sutures and they are rubbing through the skin from underneath and coming to the surface like Alien ! Now I can measure them! LOL
