We had a huge ice storm in February that brought down a lot of trees. I repurposed this cedar branch, a small piece of plywood, and 5 deck screws.

It's a little wobbly, but that makes it more challenging!

I'm familiar with bog pods, Primos trigger sticks, Athlon shooting rests, and but I have never seen a shooting rest with shoes! and spandex.

for a long time i used the legs of skinny blue jeans filled with sand and tied on the ends . Kids jeans from resale shop 4 or 5 year old and skinny , usually $2 a pair and 4 sand bags from one pair . Nylon zip tie's .

You’re exactly right so I’m gonna get it back on track, lol.
Here’s my makeshift turret rest, a clothes hanging spring loaded pole that tightens up to door jambs. I padded it so it’s very quiet, and the 25 cal wildcat is just an arm reach away for when those 3am skunks come around. Very easy to remove and replace, and does not slip at all one bit with the weight of the gun.

The dark tone magnetic split screen just adds to the concealment of it all
