Same here except not analog bikes so I went to EMTB. lately snow and mud hindering my fun. But I got in great shape for 64YO and a month ago at my peak I was on ECO mode/lowest mode most of the time. Lost 12 pounds compared to spring time this year and I can ride for hours without huge exertion.I started small, just making sure I moved more, and over time, I built a routine I can actually stick with. Now, I’m biking almost every day, lifting weights here and there, and just trying to stay active any way I can.
I honestly think this helped my shooting in different ways as well.
Also the Optometrist and Dentist told me both aspects had improved from my visits a year ago.
