Looking for a tiny tank

Something like this? Yo!

Yes a .22: tank is tiny for sure doubt you are going to get two fills out it unless your guns reservoir is very small. It is smaller than the size of the tank on the new Impact compact. https://utahairguns.com/fx-impact-mkii-compact The tank linked below is slightly smaller than half the size of a guppy at .5L It is near the size of a stock FX Impact tank and probly the size of the tank in Yo's picture. https://www.airgundepot.com/fx-impact-x-mkii-700mm-silver.html#AGD-42499821

Yes. Something like that biohazardman. The array of products at that website is bewildering. This would be just something to fill the rifle with but I’d need a gauge on it I think to avoid any potential overfill of the tank. I was thinking maybe a 1 liter would be better. I’d need help selecting a valve, gauge and hose. I need to explore that website more.

And, what’s the difference between a valve and a fill assembly?

Not sure about Chinese nomenclature but you need a purge valve to release pressure so you can disconnect the hose on a fill station . You can get one of these for the fill station although I am not a fan of the gauge. You need to be careful on your purchase to choose the right thread pitch and match your tank and Jubilee valve as they call it. The smallish American paintball tanks will be 5/8x18unf and the Chinese stuff will be m18x1.5

I went with the Ninja because it was a slow fill and allowed me to fill to any pressure. Got the valve separate as I already had the Ninja tank.

This one werqs with a special 3Kpsi reg.

If your gun is a 3Kpsi fill PM me.

Now that is exactly what I'm looking for. But - I need it to be certified for the US (DOT). I don't see anything like that on Amazon or anywhere else. Am I just missing it?

So buy one of these tanks - https://www.amazon.com/Ninja-Carbon-Fiber-HPA-Tank/dp/B07H2F9RH8

and sell the regulator. And get one of these valves (in the 5/8 size) (use the AGN code to get 10% off too)

Then you just need a hose with a Male Din 300 fitting on one end and your flavor of gun connection on the other (female Foster QC most likely)

I think I'm just going with this tank since everything is already put together with the proper valves, etc.

Just looking at this in detail I believe its a Joe Brancato tank (its his gauge anyway). It already has the Foster fitting, etc. At 90 cubic inches its a little bigger than what I had in mind but its smaller than a Guppy by a little and will fit in a backpack easy enough. It should fill the bill for about the same price or maybe less than buying components separately and putting it together.

I think that your choice is the best option for you. There are cheaper alternatives but they have pro's and con's that require more knowledge and experience about these things to avoid making mistakes when buying and assembling the right parts. Advice that you get here will probably only confuse you more. The one that you have decided to buy has everything that you need and is DOT certified. Just be sure that it has an output pressure high enough for your requirements. They can be adjusted but it might not be a job for a novice.

I looked into reviews of the Benjamin tank I was planning to get as an in-field air solution. The ones on Amazon were bad enough to really give me pause; there weren't enough on Pyramyd to form an opinion. I'm an Amazon "power user" I suppose and I realize that reviews may be from people who don't understand a product or who just want to complain. But I saw a lot of issues about leaks and poor quality. This must not be a valve like Joe Brancato uses even though it has his gauge on it in the picture on Amazon. So - after rethinking - I went with BigTinBoat's solution and ordered the little Ninja tank from Amazon and the valve, hose, and female Foster fitting from Pyramyd after chatting with a Pyramyd support person about the DIN 300 hose, etc. I'll try to sell the regulator that comes on this tank on Ebay.

Its all supposed to be here on Thursday 6/11/2020 so we'll see.

I have a new unused Air Venturi 100 cubic inch tank available. If that will do just contact me. I live in Mesa

Thanks hardhat - my stuff is all supposed to be here tomorrow (Thursday) so I guess I’ll pass. I’m eventually going to want a DIN300 with a male foster fitting and a microbore hose with female Foster fittings on both ends if you have one of those.
