Looking for an adjustable rear sight for my AP-16...

Does anyone know if the standard 1911 rear sight will fit the AP-16? I'd like to replace the stock rear sight with one that has both height and windage adjustments, preferable with fiber optics to white dots on the rear blade. The black on black is really hard to see against a dark background. I see there are a lot available for 1911's but I don't know if they will fit the AP-16 dovetail without modification. Anyone swap their rear sight with an adjustable one? If so, did it require any modifications to fit? If not, can you provide a link to what you used? Thanks...

I can't speak on the Ataman p16 specifically. 
As far as finding the perfect adjustable one, sometimes it's easier to use something like this for the front blade.

Also color variants are out there. A little divot with a 1/16" bit evenly on each rear blade can sometimes get the user exactly what their looking for. 
If the Ataman takes common 3/8" Dovetail Williams sights are about the best affordable option, but last I looked Williams didn't have any day glow/fiber optic or tritium type sights.

I saw that other thread, but recall him saying he had modified the sight to fit. I don't have the tools, skills or patience for that, which is why I'm hoping someone may have found one that fits without modification.

I have paint, and did put a drop on either side of the rear blade and a drop on the front sight, which helped a lot, I'just not sure how durable it will be over time. I wish I knew a local gunsmith, I'd take it there and see if I could find one that fit without modification.
