Career Looking for an O-ring for my Career 707 Tanker

Hi,

My Career 707 Tanker .22 is leaking air - not an uncommon problem I have seen. The problem seems to be the O-ring on the end of the tank that seals it into the action. Do you know of a parts supplier for these? Or, do you know the spec on the part, so I can search for it? I've tried some O-rings that fit the tank, but they end up being either too small or too large to fit the action. I really like the gun. It is extremely accurate and I think the lever action is more user-friendly and quicker than the action on my FX Crown (the lever action returns your trigger/grip to back where it belongs after you cock it, versus waving your hand around in the air above the trigger); I'd like very much to get it back into action.

Predator airguns in the UK has the oring sizes and kits. Davis from ARS may have them as well since he imported them. Is yours the early model tanker or the Career III tanker version?

Thanks for the info, I'll get in touch with Predator airguns. Mine is not a model III, which have III marked on the action. Mine has a hunting scene on it. It was doing great until I foolishly took the tank off. I don't know what possessed me to do that, but, I must have dinged the O-ring in the process.

If you haven't found the o-ring yet, get a dial caliper and measure the ID. OD, and width. Should be 70 buna. Then compare your measurements to either a metric or SAE chart. Or go to a specialty shop locally and let them sell you a replacement.
