Results Looking for comps/clubs in NC

Hi All,

I have been thinking for a while of getting a bit more invested in airgun shooting, but living in Western North Carolina there doesn't seem to be a lot going on in the competitive shooting realm, be it field or benchrest. Is anyone aware of clubs or competitions out this direction?

Start with aafta.org 
And even if it is a 5 hour drive it would certainly be worth attending! You'll meet lot's of others closer to you and nothing beats hands on testing of rifles/pistols you might be interested in.

Talk to strikefast on this forum. He shoots field target and is working on getting benchrest matches going as well. He also happens to live in NC.

I'm on the east end of NC as well as Stikefast, & NCairgunner,We have a lot of NC airgunners, but I don't know many on the west end.
Our club is THAGC or Tar Heel Air Gun Club.

Most of our matches have been at Chris Berry's place in Mount Pleasant NC. It's a 3.5 hour drive for me and I assume it might be that far for you because it's kinda in the middle of the state. I try to make 3 or 4 matches a year.
Our next match will be April 30 in Burlington.
The club is growing fast and we've had several new shooters join in the fun this year. Come on out and join us!
