I watched on youtube the Air & Gear of Extreme Benchrest Qualifier from 10 months ago.
At benches 11 & 20 each shooter had bipod with an elivation/windage handle and am wondering
where I can find one?

Look up the SEB JoyPod-Xbipod. I use one on my RAW and ARA Factory Class bench rifle. Many of the F Class rifle shooters also use them.
