i thought prairie dogs carry the bubonic plague. you shouldn't touch them with your hands let them rot where there shot

It’s not the dogs that carry it. It’s fleas. The dogs die from it and wipes out the town. We don’t leave them we dispose of them as requested by the land owner. At least the ones we can find anyway.
