You don't need a pre-filter. Look up what is a Molecular Sieve and buy one of those tower filters full of it to extract moisture from the high pressure air. Make sure to mount it vertically. Buy something recommended, be weary of the construction especially cylinder wall thickness these things need to safely accommodate 4500psi. The Tuxing filters seem legit, I'm risking my life with one ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ You can also use a cotton filter to catch oil in addition to a Molecular Sieve. You do not need carbon filtration, that is for eliminating odors in an SCBA system.
