N/A Looking to purchase 10M competition air pistols for 4H shooting sports, but new to this forum.

Welcome aboard!
I would think that a CO2 system would be the “easiest cocking / best power” ratio. Maybe the Diana Chaser pistol. Light weight. Good shot count. Quiet. Very adaptable. Can even be made into a rifle. Not expensive. Very accurate.

I gor a Diana Airbug, Great little CO2 pistol. I did a bit of work on the trigger mechanism, replacing some of the allen type screws that had to do with the trigger pull, engagement surfaces with some that had ball bearing type tips, helped a lot, I had problem with the factory multi shot magazine and got some aftermarket magazines from CARM, as well as a flip over single shot loader to use instead of an open tray like the factory original, I like it much better, open bolt, flip loader over , flip loader back close bolt and shoot.

I will definitely check out the website.

The Crosman Silhouette is probably what you are looking for. Comes without rear sight but can be fitted with scope for silhouette or rear sight for 10 meter.

Given no power-source or budget parameters in the OP, I agree that the Crosman Silhouette (often called by its model number 1701P), would be the best choice. Or maybe I should say "an AWESOME choice".
