Tuning Lost and then found my FX .25 magazine

I discovered I could not find my FX magazine for my Dreamline Tactical Compact. I looked every where and it didn't show. Because they only come with one magazine I had a rifle that was useless. I had ordered some but had been waiting weeks with no luck. I called Utah Airguns and pleaded for a magazine so I could get back to pesting. They did something to obtain one and promptly sent it to me. Happy again and know that my opportunity for bird shots was not a great at we see often on the tube. I found I could reload the 1 magazine I had and be pretty much be ready to take shots as they came.

Returned to one of my permissions and the farmer came out and told me he probably found one of my 'clips'. Yup! There was my magazine. Covered in mud and grit and had obviously been run over as it laid on the ground for weeks. It looked like maybe I could use it again. I had to clean the grunge out of it and some of the edges where the cover fits on had been compacted a bit. With a little cleaning and some careful work with the Dremel I had a working magazine again. It had fallen out of my truck onto the ground in a fairly active part of the farm and had been runover by many vehicles from tractors to trucks. How it survived I'll never know but maybe they are almost bullet proof. $50 saved right there. Thanks FX and UA!

I lost one in my backyard , the riding mower found it , need I say more . Many many pieces of plastic (marauder) how it got there I do not know . I've lost a few out of my mag holders but have backed track to find them, got really lucky .Now they go in my POCKET . Glad to hear FX & UA were able to help you out now keep them safe lol Good luck with the hunting .

Years ago I learned that something that is important goes in a deep zippered or snapped pants pocket. It was truck keys in my coat pocket locked in the truck. It was raining as I began walking down that empty dirt road, no keys no coat. I decided then it has to be in My front pants pocket or around my neck ( but that can lead to hanging ). The frontiers men carried their "possibles" bag. Everything he might possible need in a leather bag that fastened closed on a long durable leather shoulder strap carried cross body around the neck and under an arm like a purse. lead balls, flint, knife, casting mold, piece of cloth, jerky, leather thong and whatever he thought he might possible need. Gravity caused the bag to hang without spilling the contents and the flap always fastened insured things stayed in if it was turned upside down.
