Low End PCP for Friend

I have a friend that lives out in the country. She has a small plot, but has many rodents and pests around her. I showed her my PCP guns when she came over and asked if I could find her one. The problem is that she is retired, but still works cleaning homes and house sitting to supplement her income, so I am looking for a $500 or less gun (new or used) that I can get for her. I have a springer that I was going to give her, but she can't cock it. I have a scope and rings that I will give her so I can try and get something that has decent accuracy and shot count. I told her that she can bring it into town with her and I will use my compressor to fill it up as needed (there is no way she could pump a tank up manually). I was thinking the caliber should be .22 or .25 to keep her shot count up and the pellet cost down - clearly .22 would be better but she wants to get ride or armadillos and other larger pests. I have an extra bipod and tripod I will give her to use to see which she likes better (and will probably give that to her also). A regulated gun would be nice to help her get a consistent shot each time. I let her handle my guns to give her a feel for them and I found that the lighter the better for her. I will set the gun up and sight it in and get her the pellets/slugs and do the normal maintenance and cleaning for her. I'll let her start without a moderator and let her tell me if the sound is scaring her pests off before she can shoot them. I just want to give her something she can use to pest and not worry about anything else - unlike me! Here are some of the guns I was looking at:

AEA TAC 450 and Challenger Bullpup
Air Venturi Avenger
Aselkon MX7
Benjamín Marauder (a bit heavy)
BSA Scorpion SE (finding one over here may be a problem)
JTS Airacuda (close on the weight)
Umarex Gauntlet (2)
Walther Reign UXT

Thanks for the input. I'm sure there are many others, but I tried to go primarily on weight and size to keep it manageable for her.

Get this, westhunter scope ffp and still cash for pellets. It will shoot crossmans very well also.

Varmint only just how much of a shot count is really needed? I purchased a rig for exactly (and only) that. Max use 4 shots in 1 day. Less than 15 shots and the fruit orchard cleared. Now I naturally still have it and do enjoy target shooting but for my original intent shot count really didn't matter much at all.
You could pick up a new Airforce Talon P in .25 spinloc for $366. Small, light, protect yards & gardens.......... .

So you all know, I let her try out my Brocock Sniper XR at about 8.5 pounds all in and she was having a hard time with it. @EndinGa you may have a winner there now that I can see the full size! Once she got it on the tripod (Primos trigger stick) she was fine but it was a bit of work for her. An Air Force would work, but I'm afraid her dexterity with loading a single shot may be hard. She really enjoyed shooting the gun so I am trying my best to get her something she will enjoy.

She needs a SPA P15 or P35. I have a P35 in 177, 22, and 25. They weigh just over 5 lbs unscoped and are less than 30 inches long. I shot a 194 on the 30 yard challenge with the 22 and a 184 with the 177. The 25 is not as accurate but had no trouble hitting 18 squirrels for me last year. I've shot 1/4 inch 3 shot groups with the 25 at 25 yards. Pellet size holes at the same distance with the 22. The tune that came on the 177 gives me about 19 fpe and about 100 shots per fill. It would take some pretty large animals with head shots. It likes H&N Baracuda Match best but shoots Crosman 10.5s well if the head size is not too small. The 22 came tuned to a little over 30 fpe and also likes H&N Baracuda Match. I get about 60 shots per fill with it and the 25. Might be 70. I rarely fill them all the way to 250 bar. I detuned the 25 a little to shoot 20 grain H&N FTTs at about 870.

P15 cock at the back, have a wood stock, and might be less expensive. The P35 cock in the middle, which works a lot better for me since I shoot from my left shoulder and have a plastic stock. You have to buy them from Krale if you are in the U.S.. A Stoeger Bullshark seems to be about the same gun with a little different baffles, a front end plug threaded for a moderator and a different stock. It is available in the U. S., however, and I just heard from an owner that is getting great customer service on some parts to fix his baffles. They can be mid-80db but the shroud has to stay in position or you can get clipping. P15/35s need hair curler mods. I would tune the trigger to lighten the first stage (just a matter of moving the end support of the first stage spring) and take the creep out of the second (decrease sear engagement, there is a screw but I put in a longer one). I also polished the crown but didn't shoot mine first, it may not need it. With a tuned trigger and some H&N Baracuda Match pellets she should have no trouble hitting pests and could take even coyotes with head shots. I'd probably get the 22 for her. But if she seriously wants to take raccoons, possums, and coyotes, the 25 is probably a better idea. A stock tune would give her 40 fpe or a little more but might only get 50 shots per fill. JSB heavies wouldn't go real fast, I would start with Baracuda Match in the 25 too for larger animals. For squirrels, the 20 grain FTTs are plenty, they almost always go through.
