Diana LP 8. Wooden grip.

the LP8 over its history has had some wood grips made but i have never seen piece
there are wood grips from Germany now on Ebay and the quality are so-so
there was a French company that made them many years ago and we had a the Galbriath bros make grips also and they were high quality and i have a set on my LP8
if you have the time i would like to hear your think and process of making these grips

First I contoured the piece to fit the outer measures, and then i split the piece in two halves that I hollowed out to fit the pistol tange. I taped the tange and used it as a stopper for the black epoxy. The day after I loosened the shaft and grinded it to fit my hand. Then sanding and polishing. I made two shafts, but the other went west.
