Hey everyone out there. I'm wondering if anyone is shooting lucky 7's 153 gr .457 slugs in their area hp max?

Pardon me they are 152gr. They must be mismarked on the site or vice versa. I got my first order this week. They came packaged very well. I'm heading out in a bit to try them out in my hp max .457. I will post my findings once I get back home.

So far I'm not impressed. The max is relatively pretty new to me so I need to mess around and try some different fill pressures to get them to group better. Shot for shot they were being predictable which is a good sign. I was hoping for better though. I will continue to test.

I tried some of the 200 and 246 gr max velocity slugs today. Both show some real promise with multiple shots touching on a six shot group shot at 50 yards with a 250 bar fill.

Went out today and decided to sight the 45 in with the 200 max velocity today. I'm having great results from a 250 bar fill and only 3 shots then refill. So after it was pretty dialed in I loaded a mag with three 200 gr mv's and then three of the 152 gr mv's. That shows some serious potential. I also sighted in my new to me m50 but the krs goombas did the best for now at least.

Back with some more results. I shot the 150 gr meatpunch slug today in my hp max. They were all over the place and will go into the no go ammo can. I did load a mag with three 200gr and three 152gr max velocity slugs. Interesting enough they shot fairly level. I don't think this was my best day of shooting by any means but the 200's grouped two to the left and then darn near a bullseye and the the first .152gr was touching that shot and the next two shots of 152 gr pulled slightly to the right. All in all I feel like this quirky combo shows some promise for one mag at 50 yards from a 250 bar fill. Once again I had another 3600 psi gun out there and limited my max trigger time.
