I would opt for a different bipod. I didn't even know the Airforce bipod existed and the fact that it has the most unused mounting interface. Doubt you will find anyone making an 11mm dovetail mount outside of scope rings and scope mounts.

Well I already own it and actually just bought an MDT bipod for my Texan and now just looking for something to use the Texan one on...

Reading the reviews on it said you will need a picatinny mlok rail piece and a picatinny to dovetail adaptor commonly used for scope mounts. This will make for alot of mounting surfaces and raise the rifle more than you may want.
That is what I was trying to avoid... No biggie, I was just trying to repurpose that one since I bought a new one for my Texan , lol...

You are probably not wrong here but when I buy something nice I REALLY want to make it work, a $90 bipod is a bipod you really thought about before you bought it.
If it were me, I would have 6 mounts stacked on top of each other and have some kid 3D print something for me on top of that before I gave in and started over.

Does anyone know where to find an M lok to 11 mm dovetail adapter?
I think you should widen your search or use the more advanced search methods for Google. What you want HAS to exist, I am sure of it. It is just going to be tricky to word properly so that Google can find it for you. Google the advanced search options, if they look confusing just leave that tab open and finish reading this.

Try putting into Quotations around words that MUST show in the results. Beware of putting "11mm" because you will be down a rabbit hole where 11mm is the most important thing in the search and you'll be getting advertising about hair replacement surgery and rogain for the next 20 years.

Just put "Dovetail Attachment" then try "to dovetail" you might try "dovetail to bipod adapter" but that is probably too long. That means google will only return searches for those 4 words in that order. Now that you have a little practice with one way to advanced search go back and check that list and see if you can use a different advanced search method that will be more relevant.

One reason you have an up hill battle is because of how many ways I have seen "M-Lok" spelled by manufactures that offer it. The other reason is that, as mentioned before, 11mm can mean an entire universe of things.

You bought that nice piece of kit, perhaps Airforce knows of a solution for you!

Actually Air Force makes a M-lok to pic adapter as it is used on their chassis for the TM / micro hunter - pricey @$68 or more dollars but they are well made and mission specific: see kinetic: https://kineticdg.com/product/kinectmlok-3-slot-single-mlok-picatinny-section/
Although they don’t recommend using for a bipod - for recoiless Airguns they are perfect
