Tuning M3 700mm 25 cal tuning process

I am trying to get 1MOA at 100m shooting slugs with my M3. I have documented the process of tuning:

At the end of this report I have couple of questions. I could get 1moa groups, but could not be consistent.
I hope this report could be useful for somebody new, and experts could give me some ideas for better tuning to make the gun more consistent.

I have the carbon fiber inner sleeve and the outer tension carbon sleeve.
Playing with Patriot 45, HN, NSA, and FX hybrids.

Really havent found anything sub moa..

But I am just getting started.

Right now the NSA’s are showing the most promise.

Did you try it without the liner and tension kit?
not being critical, just wondering if you were able to gain any improvement with the after market stuff.

I saw improvement.
Basically no more strange flyers.

Here is what I would try.

Valve on 4th line (don't touch until the end) EDIT in the manual they do not open past for line. I then doing more causes the gun to be more harder to tune.

First reg 160ish
Second reg 125
Macro at 16
Micro 2.5 ish

From here see where your speed is, if it's not enough move up second reg until you're about 5–10 fps where you want
then use micro to fine tune it to your FPS
Then with very, very small turns IN adjust valve until you see FPS drop

That should get you close. If not, just reset the valve and up the first and second reg by 5ish.
