Yup you got the featherweight alright congrats on yer purchase I wonder how it's going to do with the heavier weight slugs.

Super nice mess of big whitetail racks! Wow! Some high scoring bucks in there...I’m distracted now lol.

Those racks are the result of a deer hunting addiction I once had,they were all legally taken in Ohio with archery equipment.I used to pack in with a self climber and sit from before daylight until dark and then wonder how the day passed so quickly. Im still chasing them but anything under 160 gets to walk.

I am amazed how light my new M3 is
I am just curious about something. I live in Southern Africa and we don't have deer. We read that those deer lose their antlers every year and then it regrows. I that true?
Then does it grow bigger than the previous year?
If you shoot a deer and hang the antlers up like in the picture, don't they fall off from the scull like they do when the deer is alive?

Johang, Antlers do fall off every year and if the animal is healthy they grow back bigger,if the animal is very old they will always grow back but not always as big as the previous year. As far as them falling off the skull after they are shot and hung up that never happens, I guess the animal has a change in hormonal balance that causes the antler to weaken at the base and allow it to fall off but I am not sure how it works.
