Sounds like reg creep symptoms and the valve is closing itself. How many fps spread are we talking? If they shipped with a little problem-solution sheet to help people watch some things it would save them and their distributors some headaches. The manual you get for technical subjects (at least the m3 impact era) is basically "you spent enough money we think you can handle it".
. They should just sub out the regs to huma. It took a little while and running my gun at 165 bar for a lot of rounds before my regulator started to creep on a progressively worse fashion. I put humas on it and it's rock solid now. They also used to tell you to clean some stuff when when you took ownership of a new gun, knowing this I did with the dreamline I just got and the liner was filthy. Gezz my man should helped a brother out!! I live close to hw gun place! Over in minor hill tn. Will see in a couple weeks what they come up with. I cleaned it and had to adjust my zero every hunt! I original just wanted a simple ghost but lesson learned. I got out mk2 because of similar issues. I don't utah policy about changing gun to another platform but they assured me they would have it fixed and I'd fall in love with the impact again. My dreamline classic is my best gun so far!

That’s it. I remember thinking he finally found a keeper. A .177 can be a little more tricky but great once you have one that’s accurate, does what it’s supposed to and you never have to tear down a brand new gun. Good luck. If you get it back and it behaves, don’t brag about it. Impacts make you pay for bragging about them by immediately developing a problem.

Yeah it sucks… seems like UA replaced valve rod and plenum housing on some shipped to them with the same issue, apparently with some success. Now idea how long the solution is lasting though… I dealt with it myself and got mubhauer’s part plus different o rings, now it’s fine for probably 2k shots so far. First shot still a little slower but that’s the reg. And only 10ish fps so not really affecting poi.I don't have 10 shoots everytime for hunting

I said the same thing after I had to pay for the powerblock upgrade and tungsten hammer on my m3. Only buy 1 generation old fx stuff.
I feel like I got some work to do. Idk if I want to upgrade a new gun that should be awesome out the box! But i have no doubt there are some out the box special guns out there! My wife would blow a gasket if I start buying parts for this new gun lol. Might have to cash out some of my XRP crypto position for these upgrades
