Has anyone ever dealt with this company I had him make a nautilus side wheel for my hawke Sidewinder 30... 8 x 32. After many emails and pictures with measurements as per his request he ended up making the side wheel backwards now he doesn't want to hear about it is this a reputable company I'm new to this game

This guy told me what measurements he wanted and I sent them to him by way of picture and this SOB is arguing with me via email to no end probably 15 replies back and forth he's an obstinate bastard. I will never do business with this loser again whatever happened to the customer is right he got all the measurements he requested he built it backwards and refuses to admit it
