I agree, and though I've killed many, many critters. All interactions are unique and don't have to end badly for the critter. I feel privileged to observe the wildlife in my yard and on my property.

last year i had a fox with pups so i was shooting squirrels and tossing them within scent of the nest . great time watching the pups play .

Little known fact. Raccoons are not a rodent but related to bears. They belong to the Ursus family. Friend had his house trashed by a family of raccoons that started living in his house when he was gone. Six month later the house is destroyed and filled with racoons. He filed a claim with his insurance and because racoons are not rodents, they had to repair his house. I do not like raccoons at all.
