I've used my avenger with stock mags till now. Since switching from cphps to JSB the mags tend to damage the pellet skirts so I'm only using one of my mags that has lighter spring tension and usually only half filled. I'm looking for some new mags. I've heard a lot of good about the Carm mags but almost nothing from Maple. How do those compare with Carm? Which would you recommend?

I have Carm mags for my Brocock Bantam Sniper, my Katran and I have Maple mags for my Notos, and I think my Royale mags are Maple also.
I like them both and have had no probems with either, they just work. If you have a Notos, you'll know what a crappy magazine is, and you'll appreciate the Maple mags, but I'm equally sure that Carm are just as good.

Yeah I actually do. Maybe I'll get it some new mags too. I'm back and forth on what my next plan is, if I upgrade or what, so my guns don't have a firm spot and I'm more hesitant to spend into them

I own Carm, Maple and Tango Sierra Big Air 15 round mags (he's a member here) and they all work very well with no winner among them. I do like the Big Air mags with 15 rounds most, they are fantastic for tuning and working up a gun.

The best magazine for the Avenger is from AE Swede. CNC machined from delrin right here in the USA.

I use the SST for my Avenger. It’s flawless. Maple mega capacity mags work great in my Notos too.
