Thats a really good question I've never tried slugs will be my first time
The slug rabbit hole is costly, especially if you have to try 10 different types only to find the gun might not like slugs. Research the forum for info on IS MARAUDER SLUG CAPABLE. It might save time, money & frustration. I THINK my Mrod had a choked barrel which frequently is a no go for slugs. Just my suggestion. Good luck.

What about these? After researching looks like marauder indeed don't like slugs

The Beasts won't fit the magazine, but can be single loaded. The issue you will have is that they are too heavy to shoot at any decent speed without power modifications - like higher flow valves and bigger porting. Power tunes in the Marauder are simply not enough for a pellet this heavy.

34 grain .25's .... IMO .. The Marauder in no way ( In stock form ) has the juice to shoot this weight effectively outside perhaps sub 50y distances.
These do really well if you can get them 880 to 940 fps .... my guess in a stock M-rod doubtful in making mid 700's / 800 fps or so :unsure:

Great pellet tho as is the *JTS 33.8 weight (* my personal choice in a heavy .25 }

Just an fyi, most, just about all, pointed pellets do not shoot as well as domed pellets. They are just eye candy to people who don't know better yet. The only notable exception is probably the Predator Polymags. Stay away from anything else with a point unless you see proof that they are worth something. I have never heard of a pointed pellet winning any matches recently, if ever.
