Hello, I located a refurbished MROD with LW barrel in 22 caliber. I'm curious what pellet and groups other owners of the same platform are getting at 50 & 75 yards and at what starting velocity?

Try jsb 18.1 @ 900 for starters. You may have to back down a tad. You will fine a smile between 860 and 910 fps mv.

My refurb. F&T does great with Crosman CPHPs at 830, Hades at 800+or-, most any 18gr pellet at 750/760. I can't seem to get much more out of it with any adjustment , so I get by with it for pesting & target work. Quarry taken never complained about the speed .
