Marksman 1010

The pistol we know today as the Marksman 1010 has been around in some form since I was a little boy back in the 1950s.

I found new older version of the 1010 that is mostly metal with a little bit of plastic (barrel shroud, trigger, slide release and safety) made in the late seventies. This is the pistol we look at and shoot today., https://youtu.be/CoVRWlCX2Yw

Here is the one I have. Mine is all metal and was purchased around the early 1970s so I think it is a little older than yours. Accuracy is dismal and I don't know the velocity but I can literally see the bbs squirting out of the barrel when I shoot it. You can see the original price tag on the box. $11.95. (I probably paid to much)

I'm sorry to say that I'm not too thrilled with it but I keep it as a reminder of my youth. The coolest thing are the two cardboard tubes of copper bbs that have been in the box with it all these years. Nice video BTW.
