Humbled, I was planning on trying to make the match as your monthly FT match. Didn't realize it was League Championship match. Is that the same game that is known as a tournament that other venues host this year because calling it a one day GP might offend someone? Please don't pretend you might intimidate some of us. I have no problem with you practicing your WFTF game so please do stay. After setting it up you deserve to enjoy the fruits of your labor and no one wants to deprive you of that.

No intimidation intended. Wording is important so I changed it to tournement. I'll be busy working on a gun for something else so I won't be attending, but will be on the property.

I decided not to travel for FT this year so missing the match isn't a big deal. On that point, I probably won't be shooting many matches moving forward. I will practice during the week instead. This should ease the friction and let those who have been avoiding the club a chance to shoot there. The not so small minority has spoken and it seems my way of doing things isn't wanted.

John, it wasn't that it was a bad idea but to effect the largest class with Nationals was a poor choice. I questioned this coming back in Janurary when the Chairman changed some of the rules to allow this to happen. You just swallowed it hook, line and sinker. I believe it was late last fall or maybe early spring we were warned of making match courses longer (25 lanes) to give the WFTF class more opportunity to practice their game for the upcoming Nationals in AZ. I personally expected this to happen on a local class level. Not take away the Nationals that we all look forward to especially when we don't have to travel across the country. Since Matt made the change you haven't seemed very humble about it either. More like resentful to me. Get over it and consider it a lesson learned!
