Maverick 250 bar question

Why...is 300 bar magic to you, over the 250 bar design ?

3600 to 4300 psi is a pretty good bomb a few inches from your face to be experimenting with unless you know what you are doing. And...by your question... I'd leave the experts to THEIR...design !

Mike
Simply….. to get more shots per fill. So, Mike, why the attitude? I just asked a question. Does that somehow offend you?

I’d do that but a reputable dealer’s (name withheld) tech told me that a Maverick can’t be used at 300 bar. Not sure why as he didn’t explain.
300 is fine, A dealer in Long Beach is selling tanks for them, been running it on my VP, zero issues. Now if you only have a 250 bar gauge on the front....THEN you have an issue.

FX is selling 300 bar bottles for their Mavericks and Impacts. This is discussed at length in a different thread. None of that added pressure is getting past the first regulator anyway.

I’m not sure that the regs are gonna take the 300 but I guess it’s just the front reg that matters.
I can get a different gauge though!
