I bought my son a .177 Maximus for his birthday and he wants me to try the Bstaley o ring mod to it to try and get a better shot string with less power. This thing shoots pretty fast from the factory. Using 8 grain pellets, the string starts out at 1035 for shot 1 and by shot 10 is down to the lower 900's. I just need to figure out the inside diameter of the tube so I can snag some o rings on my way home from work. I believe it's the same as a discovery. Any help would be appreciated.
