budget to me is about 14 bucks on ebay lol .. i dont like bipods anyway and think they introduce 'foreign' harmonics into a gun and make it shoot different than from any other way, last thing id do is plop a couple of bills down for one lol ..

Oh yea, I own one of those China POS bipods. What a load of crap. And I read reviews about how good it is. This piece junk will not stay tight ( level wise).
Buy USA made.

UTG makes a similarly priced unit, well OK a bit less money, and it's Made in the USA as well. Still it is way less expensive than the other well known made in the USA brands. It is a very high quality unit and has done everything I need a bipod to do for me for several years now.

I was looking at an airgun magazine from across the pond and noticed a nice bipod from Brocock/Daystate, but it isn’t available in the US. No one will ship it here…

Most of the bipods I see Daystate using are Atlas bipods . Not sure if its the one you saw but might be worth a look .

I guess the reason they won’t ship here is that the Brocock bipod seems to sell for 50-80 euros?

The Brocock Alpha bipod? Is that the one your looking at? It shows on the pic Atlas and if there selling for that cheap it's very likely a knockoff.
