Members classifieds , how to refresh an back to the front of the classifieds?

Could someone please tell me how to move or refresh an add that's getting buried back several pages and to move it to the front of the classifieds.

Ads will remain active for 14 days, at which time they will be locked. After the 14 day period you may re-list your item/ad.

You have to have a smokin good price if you want to sell before your knocked off the front page. After that it's a waiting game to relist it.
