Meopta MEOPRO 10x32 Binocs Great Woot Deal

Not many topics on binoculars here, but the Meopta MEOPRO 10x32 Binocs are on clearance on Woot for $329.99 plus tax.

10x32 seems to be a bit of a red-headed stepchild in the binocular world, with many preferring 8x42 or even 10x42. But these Meopros appear to have excellent bright glass and produce very little in the way of optical artifact. And most other places seem to be selling them for $450+.

They won't replace a spotting scope on the bench, but might be good for hunting in the right situations. And it is always nice to have a pair of good, bright and (in this case relatively) light weight binoculars around.

I just purchased a pair and don't have them yet so I can't give a review on them yet. But there are some good reviews on some of the birding sites.

I'm pretty much content with my Bushnell 10-22x50 variable zoom TANK here. If Meopta had a decently priced zoom like this one and much lighter I'd buy it on a heartbeat!

I paid a lot more for mine (like 50% more than THIS) even when it was on sale even with Bushnell rebate from Optics Planet !!!

Meopta seems to be a very good brand.

I am waiting for the Optika5 (1" tube) 3-15x44 or the 5-20x44 Z-Plus reticle scope to be in stock.

Gonna mount it on my no-Ruger parts (except for the magazine) 10/22

A couple of the 10x42 Meoptas caught my eye . Both the Meopro HD and the Optika looked like good buys. 

Do you really like Bushnell that much? Any other recommendations ?
