I recently experienced a problem with an order from Midwest Elite. The parts were all terrific, the issue was only with the order. I sent a short email explaining the discrepancy and Chris responded immediately. He was understanding, and eager to fix the issue. This is the kind of service you hope for, but rarely find today! I will buy from Chris anytime I have the chance. Class act through and through!
