Missed an income opportunity

I am a lifelong flyfisher, but had no idea that starling skins were coming on strong for wet flies, etc.
Y'all might want to be more respectful of those feathers.

This is a great skin for soft hackle to tie wet flies, and lots of it for a reasonable price.

Squirrel tails too. Mepps has had a program for many years where they buy them for their fishing lures. Might be able to get more from local shops that tie flies...I dunno. Would at least pay for the pellets

I save a starling every now and then for tying my flies. I also like to use some quail feathers in my flies as well.
