Missing a screw, watcha gonna do?

This gun is over 100 years old. I don’t think they’re making screws for it anymore. So I found a screw in my spares that I have to modify.

Very hard to do one handed so you don’t get to watch the whole thing!

Needs cold blued now.

I’m hungry for some chicken salad I made now!
Yeah, I cook too.

I would have suggested Gorilla Glue or double sided tape, but that's a job well done.

I'm envious of your cooking skills, that is one thing I can't do. If it don't come in a can or prepared frozen meals, I'd starve! My mom spoiled me and my wife has spoiled me for decades.......I blame them both!

1920 BSA Long Tom .22. Nice gun running on original springs but I’m gonna have to make a new seal for it. Not happy with it. The loading tap is nice and tight but the piston seal won’t hold any pressure against it.
New screw looks good It has to be short because the stock bolt runs through the stock

When I roadraced motorcycles, over 30 years since I dragged a knee, I had to have them custom made.
