Missing Trigger Sear Screw

My air venturi avenger trigger is locked and won't fire, I just noticed the trigger sear screw is completely gone.... would this explain all my troubles? Or should the gun still fire without it?

Don't know about the Avenger but all my PCP's will not cock or fire if the sear has been compromised.

Yes, if you lost the fulcrum point around which the sear pivots that would do it!
