My local Tractor Supply has the Umarex Ruger Mk IV back in stock. I think I'll buy one.

be aware they have a horrible trigger other than that they are a nicely made cheap pistol

I went back to Tractor Supply today and got the last one they had in stock. Having read about the awful triggers I figured I would go ahead and do the fix but I'm surprised. The trigger pull doesn't feel like 10 lbs as some have said. Without scales to check it I am guessing 3-4 lbs. Maybe they have fixed the problem?
I shot 2.75 inch groups consistently at about 28 feet. I can probably do better but I'm a little shaky today, having slept only 2 hours last night. I might still check out the trigger and related parts.
