I ordered a couple throw levers and parallax wheels from them.
The wheels are a small star and shaped really designed to make it easier to turn the knob as apposed to the style used for FT. Nice 3D printed product.
The wheel I ordered for my Athlon Argos HMR 4-20 didn’t fit, not even close. I contacted them and it appears that Athlon has different size para-knobs on the Argos line, which they were not aware of.
I contacted them and was told that I could send it back for a refund. I whined a little about paying to send it back because I ordered what was supposed to fit. The correct part number on it, so it was not mis-packaged.
Their reply was a prompt refund with no mention of retuning the wheel.
I offered to send them the dimensions for their records.
I will not hesitate to buy from them again.
