So I just got to Hill pump MK4 it's a little crunchy and I put Maybe 50 pumps on it. It's a little crunchy is this normal and will it smooth out a time or do I need to start getting a replacement coming?

What do you mean by crunchy? Mine has been smooth since day 1 but I have to keep a somewhat loose grip on the handles to keep it from "canting" one way or the other. If I put uneven pressure on the downward stroke it feels like metal grinding on metal. I have been using mine for over a year with no trouble though...
