MLok weight attachment

I grabbed this photo from one of the members selling his Panthera gun. Is it my eyes, or can someone tell me if for sure when installing an MLock weight onto an ARCA rail, that it indeed renders attachment of an ARCA ball head useless at the portion of the rail directly under the weight, as this picture shows?

Or do the weights(two, opposing)protrude out sideways enough that the rail will easily drop onto a fully open ARCA ball head without the need to jossle the rail onto place on the ball head?

Looks that way to me too, but I canNOT confirm personally. There was another view somewhere that has an ARCA bipod attached and it looked like it would probably interfere as well.

Looking at the Saber Rail, their rail appears to have the Mloks higher so the weights won’t interfere, and they were probably designed with that rail in mind.
